Please allow up to 5 minutes after the start time of your appointment. If at that point you do not see the provider present, please call our office to get an updated visit link.
If you’ve received multiple emails please use the latest one. Then, if after 5 minutes into your appointment, the provider does not show up, please call our office to have them send an updated visit link.
Please allow up to 24 hours before your appointment to receive your meeting link. For example, if your appointment is on June 15, you should receive your link on June 14.
If you cannot locate the SMS or email that includes the virtual visit link by then, please call our office to receive an updated visit link.
The consent form must be completed 48 hours prior to your appointment. If the consent form is not submitted by then, your appointment may be subject to cancellation.
If you have already filled out our Consent paperwork from a prior completed appointment, please disregard emails you may receive asking you to fill out the forms a second time.
