I believe in a patient centered approach to tailor treatment to individual needs. I have significant experience in medication management and incorporating psychotherapy and wellness into sessions. I think of the patient-physician relationship as a partnership where I provide the expertise to help patients achieve their desired outcomes. My goal is to help you reach your goals.

I am a board certified psychiatrist with a strong background treating depression, anxiety disorders, trauma disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorders and personality disorders. I obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and my medical degree from the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University. I completed my general psychiatry residency at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. I gained further experience managing complex psychiatric illnesses while employed as an inpatient psychiatrist for adult and geriatric populations in Illinois and Kentucky. I am a member of the American Psychiatric Association and Illinois Psychiatric Society.
