I am a board-certified physician assistant committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. I received my undergraduate degree in Public Health from the University of Texas at Austin. Then, I graduated in 2025 with my master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio Health Science Center.
My clinical training has primarily been in outpatient medication management of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and ADHD. Seeking help can be challenging and I am honored to partner with patients in navigating their mental health. My approach is grounded in understanding the complex interplay between biological, psychological, and social factors that contribute to each patient’s unique story.
During appointments, I strive to always create an inclusive, non-judgemental, and welcoming environment, establishing a therapeutic alliance built on trust, empowerment, empathetic listening, and patient education. Working collaboratively with patients, I develop a shared treatment target and plan based on evidence-based medicine and each patient’s individualized needs, values, and goals.
