Healing begins when we're compassionately guided to examine our pain with curiosity, rather than rushing toward a cure. I structure my clinical work around connection as the foundation for helping clients move toward the lives they want to build.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with doctoral training in Counselor Education and Supervision, and graduate training in counseling and divinity. As a counselor educator and clinical supervisor, I stay closely engaged with current research and the ongoing development of the field. This background allows me to attend to the psychological, relational, cultural, and spiritual dimensions of my clients' lives.
I specialize in working with adults navigating relational trauma, family-of-origin concerns, depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity-based oppression, grief and loss, and addiction recovery. I also work with couples and constellations preparing for marriage or other major transitions, and I provide a confidential, protected space for devout clients, spiritual leaders, and those in ministry who need therapeutic support outside their own context.
My approach is relational and affirming, with deep respect for the many identities and experiences that shape each person's life. I draw on existential, Adlerian, psychodynamic, narrative, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral techniques, tailored to what each client needs. I believe meaningful change comes through a strong therapeutic relationship, honest exploration, and practical steps aligned with your values.
Whether you're healing from the past, navigating a hard season, or building toward a more meaningful future, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
