Therapy is a space for you to feel seen, heard, and supported in your process of growth. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Augustana College and am currently working toward a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University. This education has introduced a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques, while also making clear that there is no single "best" one. Because your experience is unique, we can work together to create a plan that supports your needs and goals. My experience spans work with adults, adolescents, and children across a variety of settings, addressing difficulties related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and relationships.
My approach draws primarily on cognitive behavioral therapy, focusing on how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect. Together, we will identify unhelpful patterns of thinking and build new, healthier ways to respond to life's challenges. The work emphasizes your strengths within a space that feels encouraging, genuine, and safe, where you will feel respected, truly heard, and free of judgment. Clients from all backgrounds are welcome here, and it would be an honor to support you in creating meaningful change in your life.
