I aim to create a supportive and compassionate space where you can openly explore what matters most to you, draw on your strengths, and move toward meaningful personal growth at your own pace. I work to provide an affirming environment where you feel truly heard and supported as you move forward with confidence.
My practice focuses on supporting teens, adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, court-ordered clients, and trauma survivors. I work with those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, family dynamics, and substance use. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring experience from my work in higher education, local private practices, court-mandated settings, and facilitating psychoeducational groups for individuals involved in domestic violence and intimate partner violence.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, Trauma-Focused CBT, and solution-focused strategies, to ensure a personalized and holistic approach to healing. I believe in a collaborative, client-centered process, meeting individuals where they are and equipping them with the tools for lasting change.
