“They can cut all the flowers, but they can't stop the Spring.” / “Podran cortar todas las flores, pero no podran parar la primavera." - Pablo Neruda
Starting therapy, especially for the first time, can feel like stepping into unfamiliar territory. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of what you need, you don’t have to figure it out alone. My goal is to offer a space where you feel supported, heard, and free to be yourself.
I see therapy as a process of growth - not always linear, and not always easy - but full of potential. Sometimes, we just need the right conditions for change to happen. In our work together, we’ll pay attention to the parts of you that might be ready to grow, even if they’ve been quiet for a while.
I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from Northeastern University. I’ve worked in nursing homes, pediatric developmental clinics, and community-based settings - experiences that allow me to meet people at many different points in life. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, and work with teens, adults, and parents navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, first-generation experiences, and postpartum or new-parent stress.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and always grounded in compassion. You don’t need to have everything figured out when you come to therapy. You just need a place to start - and I’d be honored to help you begin this new state in life that may be “in bloom”.
