I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with openness and curiosity. I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges and aim to support you in developing insight, self-compassion, and practical coping skills. My approach is client-centered and focused on helping you build tools that feel authentic and continue to support you beyond therapy. I am a current Counseling Psychology PhD student at Western Michigan University. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, where I completed a concentration in co-occurring disorders. I have experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, substance use, severe mental health concerns, relationship challenges, social pressures, bullying, performance anxiety, and postpartum concerns. I also have training in psychological assessment and have experience conducting a range of psychological evaluations. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults.
