I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with openness and curiosity. I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges and aim to support you in developing insight, self-compassion, and practical coping skills. My approach is client-centered and focused on helping you build tools that feel authentic and continue to support you beyond therapy.
I am a current Counseling Psychology PhD student at Western Michigan University. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, where I completed a concentration in co-occurring disorders. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. My experience includes supporting clients with depression, anxiety, substance use, severe mental health concerns, relationship challenges, social pressures, bullying, performance anxiety, and postpartum concerns. I also have training in psychological assessment and have experience conducting a range of psychological evaluations.
