Looking for a therapist is one of the hardest steps to take, and it is good that you found your way here. My practice offers a safe place to explore challenging emotions, sit with you through hard moments, and cheer you on through your growth and success.
I received my Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, with a concentration in clinical, trauma-focused care, and have worked in multiple treatment centers serving adolescents and adults using a range of therapeutic modalities. My work centers on tweens, adolescents, and young adults ages 10 to 40 coping with depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma.
My approach balances evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention. A certification in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics guides my work with individuals facing trauma. Whatever the modality, the care is welcoming, LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally conscious.
