At the heart of my work is a genuine commitment to creating a warm, inclusive, and collaborative space where clients feel supported in understanding themselves, navigating life's challenges, and working toward meaningful change.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, strengths-based, and integrative -- grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a deep respect for each client as the expert in their own life. My goal is to meet each person where they are and walk alongside them as they build insight, strengthen relationships, and step into the life they want to be living.
Clinically, I have a wide range of experiences including working with adults, couples, families, adolescents, and children. This includes facilitating anger management and social-emotional groups for elementary-aged children -- supporting emotional awareness, communication, coping, and interpersonal growth -- as well as individual, couples, and family work addressing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship and family dynamics, emotional regulation, self-esteem, life transitions, and more.
Treatment should be tailored around the individual and their unique needs, developmental level, goals, and strengths. To support this, I utilize training in a variety of evidenced-based treatment methods, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and experiential interventions. Additionally, I have also completed specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which has deepened my ability to support clients working through trauma and distressing life experiences.
I look forward to accompanying you on your journey.
