As a behaviorally focused and solution-oriented mental health professional, I am committed to helping individuals make meaningful, sustainable changes in their lives through habit formation, mindfulness, and practical strategies. My approach emphasizes collaboration, skill-building, and present-focused work to support clients in creating the lives they want.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Winona State University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. My background includes training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused therapy, all of which inform my structured and goal-directed approach. Prior to joining Clarity, I worked as a Special Education Classroom Assistant, where I developed a deep appreciation for resilience, neurodiversity, and the power of small behavioral shifts in supporting lasting growth.
In my work, I aim to help clients build insight into their patterns while equipping them with practical tools to move forward. I prioritize forming strong, collaborative relationships grounded in mutual respect and curiosity. Rather than focusing solely on problems, I work with clients to identify strengths, clarify values, and implement new behaviors that align with their goals.
Whether you're looking to manage anxiety, shift unhelpful habits, or navigate life transitions with more intention, I strive to offer a non-judgmental space grounded in presence, accountability, and genuine support.
