Finding the right therapist is about finding someone you can genuinely connect with. Therapy is a deeply human experience, where healing happens not because someone has all the answers, but because you have a space to show up fully as yourself. My goal is to create that space: one where you feel accepted, understood, and supported as you explore who you are, what you've been through, and where you want your life to go.
My practice serves emerging, middle, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, identity exploration, relational and attachment wounds, psychotic experiences, and life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse clients as they explore identity and rewrite narratives shaped by shame or societal expectations. Supporting neurodivergent clients through strategies that build on their strengths rather than asking them to fit environments never designed for them is also a focus of mine.
There is no single "right" way to do therapy, because there is no one right way to be human. My approach is collaborative and individualized, exploring both the internal experiences that contribute to distress (thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and beliefs) and the external systems and relationships that shape mental health. Grounded in a systems-oriented, intersectional perspective, this work honors the communities, identities, and barriers that shape each person's mental health, with cultural humility at the center of every relationship. The therapeutic relationship itself can become a powerful corrective experience, so I bring my authentic self into the room, because authenticity invites authenticity. It is a privilege to walk alongside people as they reconnect with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and build lives rooted in authenticity, purpose, and community.
