I believe in taking a collaborative approach in helping you meet your goals. My goal is to provide an environment in which you feel comfortable acknowledging both your strengths and areas where there is room for growth. From there, we will work together to establish your specific goals and our plan for achieving those together.
I strive to help you start a new chapter in which you are living with more confidence, a stronger sense of self, and the skills to cope with challenging situations. I believe that cultivating self-compassion is a key element in starting that chapter and will help you work to be more present moment to moment and kinder to yourself in this new chapter. Having an accurate diagnosis is imperative in developing a treatment plan that will allow you to meet your goals and see the improvements in your life that you are seeking. My passion for providing psychological testing in addition to therapy stems from this belief. It is my goal to help you better understand yourself as a whole in order to receive treatment tailored to your specific needs. Additionally, in helping you better understand yourself; I hope to empower you to start making the positive changes you would like to see in your life.
