Abigail earned dual Master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Adler University. She works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotion regulation. Abigail believes that meaningful therapy begins with understanding the individual rather than selecting an intervention. Drawing on her background in clinical research, she views mental health as part of a dynamic system shaped by our physical health, emotions, relationships, environment, culture, creativity, work, values, and daily habits. Rather than relying on a single therapeutic model, she tailors each session to the unique needs, goals, strengths, and lived experiences of the person in front of her. Her work integrates evidence-based approaches with expressive arts, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and curiosity to help clients better understand themselves - not just their symptoms. Whether through conversation, art making, or exploring patterns that may no longer serve them, Abigail strives to help clients build greater self-awareness, flexibility, and confidence in creating lives that feel authentic, connected, and meaningful.
