I believe that every person has an innate capacity for healing; sometimes, you just need someone to walk alongside you on that journey. As I move through my internship year at Clarity Clinic, my goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves. I hope to walk alongside each client as they navigate challenges, better understand themselves, and work toward meaningful growth and healing.
I take an integrated approach to therapy, drawing from person-centered, psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and existential approaches. I recognize that every individual is unique, and I strive to tailor therapy to your needs, experiences, and goals.
I work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, trauma, attachment wounds, and other challenges. I know that taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, and I believe strongly in the power of a trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment, while working collaboratively toward the changes you want to make.
