I graduated from The University of Chicago with a background in mental health counseling, and social work, I bring a unique, lens to therapy—supporting individuals navigating personal struggles and systemic barriers alike. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dietetical Behavioral Therapy (DPT). I have years of strengths based, relational approaches in an experiential therapeutic setting as well. Whether in a clinical session, or in a community gathering, I show up with compassion, curiosity, and a steady presence. I specialize in supporting clients through experiential learning and alternative modalities. Working with clients with a range of needs and therapeutic goals from grief and loss, to anxiety and depression, to queer affirming care.
