The human experience is both extraordinary and, at times, messy. Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, alone, or disconnected - but at our core, we all share a deep need for understanding, connection, and meaning.
In my therapeutic practice, I strive to create a warm, open, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore who you are and where you're headed. My goal is to support you in embracing your authenticity, fostering growth, and feeling empowered. Whether that means working toward greater self-acceptance or taking steps toward meaningful change, I’m here to advocate for what’s best for you - collaboratively and compassionately.
I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor with experience supporting individuals across various cultures, identities, and life stages. I hold a degree in Psychology from Loyola University and a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Lewis University. I tailor my approach to fit each person’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also integrate mindfulness, gratitude practices, meditative techniques, and, when appropriate, a bit of humor - because healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time.
At the heart of what I do is a deep respect for each person’s inner resilience. While my passion is helping others heal and grow, I’m continually reminded of how inspiring and remarkable the human spirit can be.
