Jessica Martinez, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Aurora University with a focus on Advanced Clinical Practice. Jessica takes a collaborative, compassionate approach to care, using evidence-based techniques like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients reach their goals. With experience supporting children, teens, and adults across all levels of care—outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), residential, and inpatient treatment—Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and warmth to her role. She has trained and worked with respected organizations like Compass Health Center, Ascension Alexian Brothers - Behavioral Health Hospital, and Northwestern Medicine Behavioral Health Services. Jessica has extensive experience treating the following conditions at these levels of care: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Specific Phobia, Trichotillomania, Excoriation Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, and C-PTSD. Jessica’s dedication to helping others grow is rooted in her own journey as a high school and collegiate soccer player, where she learned the value of perseverance, resilience, and self-belief.
