We can always begin again - I am committed to providing counseling that allows people to grow beyond their past experiences and bloom into the best version of themselves.
Therapy can be immensely healing and help shape how we interact with ourselves and others, especially as we acknowledge the nature of intersectionality in our lives.
As a person-centered therapist, my approach to therapy embraces the creation of a collaborative space that makes you feel safe and grounded so that we can take an individualized approach to your care. I have supported individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, gender identity, ADHD, autism, and chronic pain/illness. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University of Chicago.
