Deciding to seek support can be a big step, especially during seasons of change or uncertainty. Life transitions related to school, work, relationships, identity, or family can bring anxiety, self-doubt, and feelings of overwhelm. My passion for mental health care began through my own experience seeking counseling, which shaped my belief in therapy as a space for guidance, understanding, and growth while navigating life’s challenges.
I especially enjoy working with adolescents and individuals navigating transitional phases of life, supporting clients as they build insight, coping skills, and confidence moving forward. With a background in education, I also bring a strong understanding of child development and family systems into my work. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel accepted and comfortable being themselves.
My approach is rooted in empathy, unconditional positive regard, and respect for each person’s story. I believe healing happens when clients feel truly heard and supported, and I look forward to helping you navigate challenges, reach your goals, and support your overall well-being.
