I am drawn to psychiatry because it allows me to partner with patients as they navigate life’s challenges, offering both medical expertise and the compassion needed to help them regain stability and experience meaningful progress.
My approach blends evidence-based medicine with curiosity and collaboration. I provide medication management and psychotherapeutic support grounded in motivational interviewing and mind-body principles. Above all, I strive to create a safe, judgment-free environment where patients feel seen, supported, and empowered to pursue lasting, positive change.
I earned my Physician Assistant degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. With many years of inpatient experience in the ICU and, more recently, in medical oncology, I’ve seen firsthand how mental, emotional, and physical health are deeply connected. Witnessing how both unexpected trauma and chronic illness can affect the whole person has shaped my holistic, compassionate approach to patient care.
I provide psychiatric care for adults, with a clinical focus on anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, mood and sleep disorders, grief, LGBTQ+ care, life transitions, self-esteem and stress-related challenges, smoking cessation guidance, and mindfulness-based approaches to wellness.
