Holding my master's degree in clinical counseling from Eastern Illinois University and certified as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois, I bring a wealth of expertise and a genuine commitment to my clients' well-being. My experience spans various settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, and correctional facilities, where I have provided tailored counseling services to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

I work with individuals affected by depression, anxiety, multi-cultural concerns, trauma, and other mood related disorders. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe in the transformative power of these modalities to help clients challenge negative thought patterns, regulate emotions, and cultivate healthy coping mechanisms. In addition to my expertise in CBT and DBT, I incorporate a range of techniques tailored to address the specific needs of my clients.
