Hi! I'm Jillian, and I am so happy you're here! I am deeply passionate about the therapeutic process and relationship. With experience working within the lifespan, through previous training in residential care and community mental health, I am able to curate an individualized approach.
Using an empathic, relational approach grounded in strengths-based interventions, I collaborate with individuals throughout the therapeutic process. This may look different from person to person and may involve coping skill development and exploration and/or the use of specific CBT, Gestalt, and existential therapeutic approaches.
I tend to be eclectic in the way I approach therapy and tailor interventions to what you need in the moment. I believe that you are the expert of your own experience and that you are doing your best in life. My role is to help you see yourself more clearly. I am committed to creating a safe, judgement-free, respectful environment where you are able to achieve your goals and work through challenges.
I have significant experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals and provide gender-affirming and sexuality-affirming care. I also am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults as well as families and couples. I look forward to joining you on your journey toward mental health, wellness, and self-love.
