Reaching out for mental health support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make that experience feel comfortable and straightforward. I strive to create a space where you can openly share what you’re going through and feel genuinely supported throughout your care.
I’m a licensed board-certified physician associate. I completed my Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Evansville, where I trained across psychiatry, internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, emergency medicine, dermatology, behavioral health, and general surgery. These experiences shaped my understanding of how closely the mind and body are connected.
Before specializing in psychiatry, I worked in hospital medicine and later in primary care at a Federally Qualified Health Center. I cared for patients with complex medical conditions and many who were also managing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health concerns. These experiences strengthened my ability to approach patient care holistically and to support individuals navigating both physical and mental health challenges.
My style is straightforward and collaborative. I’m here to help you understand your symptoms, explore what’s working and what’s not, and create a treatment plan that fits your life. I use evidence-based approaches, including medication management, lifestyle guidance, and education, always tailored to your individual needs.
My goal is for every patient to leave feeling more informed, supported, and empowered in their journey. You deserve care that feels personalized, grounded, and genuinely helpful, and that’s the standard I bring to every visit.
