Beginning therapy can feel intimidating. Maybe you’re unsure what to expect, worried about opening up, or hesitant to start over with someone new. You might even be used to filtering yourself—shrinking parts of your story when something is genuinely hurting. I understand, and I want you to know this from the very start: In therapy with me, you never have to edit yourself.
You don’t have to water anything down, apologize for your feelings, or pretend you’re okay. You get to show up exactly as you are—messy, honest, confused, angry, hopeful, tired, overwhelmed, or unsure. Every part of you is welcome here. My commitment is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be unfiltered and authentic, because real healing happens when you can stop performing and truly be seen.
I specialize in pre- and postpartum mental health and have advanced training in domestic violence and sexual assault support, mind–body connection work, crisis prevention, and I am a certified 200-hour RYT yoga instructor. I also work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, identity shifts, grief and loss, divorce, life transitions, parenting challenges, body image concerns, and stress management. I support adolescents through adults and tailor therapy to each person’s unique story and goals.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, grounding, and holistic. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, thought restructuring, mindfulness, somatic and mind–body techniques, creativity, yoga-based practices, reflective work, and solution-focused strategies. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build emotional clarity, strengthen your coping skills, and help you move toward the confidence, peace, and connection you’re seeking.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, real, and deeply invested in your growth—someone who will hold space for the truth of what you’re carrying without judgment—I would be honored to support you.
