What I appreciate most about this work is being able to sit with people as they make sense of their stories and discover new ways of relating to themselves and others. Many of us learn to move through life by staying strong, staying busy, or staying quiet, and sometimes those strategies stop working. My aim is to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood, and experiment with new patterns at a pace that feels safe.
I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and am currently pursuing a Master's in Counseling Psychology. A background in both academics and the service industry has shaped a grounded, relational style that values empathy, curiosity, and a sense of humor when it fits. My clinical interests center on young adults and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, identity development, and relationship concerns. My approach integrates relational, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral perspectives, with attention to each client's cultural context and lived experience. Together, we will explore not only what feels painful or stuck, but also your strengths, values, and hopes for the future.
