I am a third-year doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology program at Adler University. I earned my Master of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Georgia Southern University. My graduate training program deepened my understanding of the connection between mental health, performance, and overall well-being, while inspiring me to expand my clinical knowledge by pursuing a doctorate in psychology.
Throughout my doctoral training, I have developed a passion for working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and creating meaningful therapeutic relationships. I strive to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while helping clients better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and build lasting resilience.
I enjoy working with college students, young adults, athletes, and women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, self-esteem, identity exploration, stress, burnout, life transitions, and performance-related challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals during periods of transition and empowering clients to recognize their strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy is a space where clients should feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. I approach therapy from a Person-Centered and Adlerian foundation while integrating Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based interventions. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership, meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they work toward the life they want to build.
