I’m passionate about creating a supportive and empowering space where individuals and families can feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I also hold a certificate in Criminology and am a Certified Personal Trainer, which allows me to bring a holistic perspective to therapy by considering both mental and physical well-being.
Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working in crisis services, forensic settings, and inpatient and outpatient therapy, supporting people from all walks of life. I love working with kids, teens, and families, and I also support adults dealing with PTSD, substance use, and personality disorders. I have experience in forensic settings, helping clients navigate systemic challenges, and I enjoy assisting individuals with career growth and discovering opportunities that align with their strengths.
I also work with ADHD and IEP programs, helping children and adolescents succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Collaborating with schools is a key part of my work, ensuring students feel supported in every environment where they learn and grow. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and play therapy, and I often conceptualize my work through psychodynamic and Adlerian theories.
My approach is tailored to each client’s experiences, combining practical strategies with insight-oriented guidance to foster growth, resilience, and confidence. I strive to create a space that is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, where every client feels safe, respected, and seen.
