Compassionate, trauma-informed psychological evaluations for immigration legal cases. Our licensed evaluators complete thorough, objective assessments and prepare detailed written reports that document clinically relevant findings.
Many immigration cases require documentation that helps explain the psychological effects of trauma, abuse, persecution, or family separation.
An immigration psychological evaluation is a comprehensive mental health assessment completed by a licensed evaluator. Following several evaluation sessions, your evaluator prepares a detailed written report that your attorney can use as evidence in your immigration case.
Unlike therapy, this evaluation is conducted specifically for legal purposes and does not establish an ongoing therapeutic relationship.
Your privacy is protected throughout the process. You do not need to provide proof of your immigration status to receive an evaluation, and your report is only shared with your authorization.
