I believe everyone deserves a compassionate space to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. My approach is centered around collaboration and caring while helping you navigate life’s challenges. Rooted in a Narrative Therapy perspective, I aim to create an environment for you to safely share your story in a way that feels authentic, empowering, and meaningful to you.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University. My clinical experience includes working in school settings and higher levels of care where I’ve supported children, adolescents, adults and families through play and art therapy, group work, and individualized support. I’ve also worked in community mental health with individuals of all ages and backgrounds - helping them connect with their values, beliefs, and personal strengths as they make sense of their present experiences. My goal is to support you holistically, with care that is respectful, culturally attuned, and grounded in mutual trust.
