Emotions are such a vital part of our human experience. They give depth to our lives and can guide us in understanding ourselves better. Embracing them—whether joy, sadness, anger, or anything in between—helps us grow, learn, and connect with others on a deeper level.
I became a therapist to help people feel at ease and comfortable building a foundation of wholeness by creating space for all feelings and parts of life. My education at Adler University has helped inform my experience of mindfulness, ritual, and holistic methods. I use and integrate coping skills building, narration, strength based, dialectical behavior theory, and internal family systems theory to help you navigate your journey.
I proudly come from a space of multicultural competency and responsibility of citizenship to humankind. I am dedicated to creating a non-judgmental environment that can be trusted in order to unlock and acknowledge our deepest feelings. My specialties include LGBTQIA+, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I have certifications in yoga and reiki mastery. I look forward to hearing your thoughts and helping you on your journey.
