As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and supported. My therapeutic style is grounded in client-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches, with a focus on fostering self-awareness, compassion, and resilience.
I primarily work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, interpersonal & relationship issues, and LGBTQ+ identities. I also work with couples, including both traditional and non-traditional relationships, to support partners in strengthening communication, deepening understanding, and navigating challenges together. Holding the belief that there is not a "one-size-fits-all" model for mental health care, I strive to provide individualized care tailored to each client's unique needs. Together, my clients and I work hand-in-hand to ensure relevance and efficacy throughout our work together.
I understand that starting therapy can feel difficult or uncertain. This is why I place a strong emphasis on partnership, trust, and open communication throughout the therapeutic process. I actively encourage feedback from my clients to promote agency in the therapeutic space and ensure our work continues to align with their goals. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, I welcome you to reach out!
