My goal as a provider is not only to cultivate meaningful, trusting relationships with my patients but also to help break the stigma surrounding mental health. I take a holistic approach to care—combining evidence-based treatment, lifestyle changes, and mindset development—to create individualized plans that empower patients to reach their goals. As an empathetic and compassionate provider, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where patients can foster lasting wellness.
I am a licensed and nationally board-certified Physician Assistant (PA), born and raised in Oklahoma City, and a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. During my training, I gained experience in multiple areas of medicine, including emergency medicine, women’s health, psychiatry, internal medicine, and primary care. Before PA school, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Oklahoma State University.
I have two years of experience as a PA in the emergency department in Dallas, Texas, where I have cared for numerous patients experiencing acute mental health crises. This experience, combined with my background in psychiatry during school, has strengthened my ability to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to those in need. I am excited to bring my skills and experience to Chicago and continue supporting patients in achieving their healthiest, happiest lives.
