I strive to help my clients navigate their mental health. Everyone struggles at times, and it is essential to prioritize our mental wellbeing. Utilizing holistic treatment practices, I develop plans with my clients to help them achieve their goals.
I believe in creating a supportive and empowering environment to help my clients grow. Utilizing empathic listening, motivational interviewing, and evidenced based medicine I work with clients to help improve their emotional, social, and psychological development. I provide medication management, psychotherapy, and individualized plans for each client.
Psychiatry is a complex specialty. I have worked with individuals as young as 5 years old and up to 90+ years old from different cultural, socio-economic, and religious backgrounds. I completed my PA education at Wagner College in New York City where I was able to gain valuable experience in psychiatry. I also completed psychiatric training at St. George’s Hospital in Stafford, England. My specialties include but are not limited to: ADHD/ADD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, dementia, substance use, and PTSD.
