I understand that reaching out for help can be a vulnerable step, which is why I’m committed to creating a welcoming, supportive space for every person who chooses to begin this journey. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and other emotional or behavioral challenges.
My therapeutic style blends Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to both support and challenge clients as they work toward meaningful change. My clinical experience includes providing care to individuals and families through a community counseling center, where I completed my clinical internship. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Houston Baptist University (2020) and later earned my master's degree in forensic psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
