Seeking support can feel vulnerable, especially for people who are used to being the caretaker, people-pleaser, or “strong one” in their relationships and families. I work to create an environment where clients feel respected, supported, and comfortable exploring both present struggles and deeper patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I draw from CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, strengths-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and systems theory to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and lived experiences. I have a special interest in working with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship and attachment concerns, family stress, identity exploration, burnout, emotional regulation, and challenges related to self-worth and boundaries. Together, we work toward building insight, resilience, self-compassion, and practical tools that help clients feel more grounded, connected, and in control of their lives.
I strive to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe enough to show up as themselves without pressure to have everything figured out. Throughout my work, I have been passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and build healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. With experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, self-esteem concerns, stress management, and emotional overwhelm, I believe therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and goals.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re used to handling everything on your own. My goal is to create a space where you can show up honestly, feel understood without judgment, and not have to carry everything by yourself for once. It is a privilege to support clients through both the messy and meaningful parts of life, and I look forward to helping you feel more grounded, connected, confident, and supported in creating the life and relationships you want for yourself.
