Life is constantly changing, no matter how hard we try to remain in control. We are often met with extensive challenges due to family of origin issues, unresolved childhood, loss, bereavement, or work-related stressors. Our mental health is often put on the back burner and not prioritized through our ever-evolving life stressors.
You are the author of your story and know your life better than anyone else. I recognize that seeking help can be difficult, and that’s why I utilize a collaborative approach with my clients. My goal is to provide you with strengths-based interventions, resources, coping strategies, and support necessary in the healing and growth process.
I have experience working with individuals and groups, and managing difficulties associated with neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism), anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, and addictions. My therapeutic framework encompasses a holistic and person-centered approach. I embrace the unique differences and challenges of each person I meet with.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all and I am committed to providing each person I meet with the individualized care they deserve. I utilize a wide variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
I would be honored to work with you and help you navigate through any challenges you are facing!
