I have been practicing as a therapist for nearly a decade, supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, heal from past experiences, and develop a stronger understanding of themselves. Throughout my career, I have received specialized training in trauma-informed care and have earned certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
My clinical focus is primarily working with adults, young adults, and adolescents. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing trauma, religious trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, existential concerns, and the lasting impact of growing up in difficult or dysfunctional family environments.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I draw from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic approaches to help clients better understand patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful change. I believe that one of the most important factors in successful therapy is the relationship between client and therapist, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout their healing process.
