I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up fully as yourself—without judgment, pressure, or needing to have everything figured out.
I completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) in Clinical Practice at Boston University and work primarily from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework. I also integrate elements of mindfulness-based, phenomenological, and humanistic approaches. I have advanced training in ACT for anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and I approach therapy through a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and collaborative lens. As a clinician, I value curiosity, humility, and ongoing learning, and I strive to meet each person where they are rather than assuming there is a one-size-fits-all path to healing or growth.
I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, stress, identity exploration, and experiences related to ADHD, autism, and neurodivergence. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or exhausted from trying to manage difficult thoughts and emotions on their own. I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where you feel genuinely heard and understood.
My approach to therapy is grounded, relational, and practical. Together, we will explore the patterns, beliefs, and coping strategies that may no longer be serving you while building greater flexibility in how you respond to life’s challenges. Being human inherently comes with stress and pain at various times—especially in a complex, demanding world. But we can learn new ways of relating to ourselves and our experiences that allow for more meaning, connection, and vitality. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you move toward the kind of life and person you want to become.
