Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I strive to create a warm, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what matters most. I view therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we'll work to better understand the challenges you're facing, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support lasting change. I strive to balance empathy with practical problem solving, so you leave each session feeling not only heard, but with greater insight into yourself and strategies you can use in your everyday life.
I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University and have more than eight years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health concerns. I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, self esteem challenges, stress, and life transitions. My approach is person-centered and tailored to your unique needs, integrating evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
I know that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.
