Many people come to therapy when the ways they have been coping no longer feel sustainable. I offer a warm, grounded, and collaborative space to explore what feels difficult, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop more supportive ways of relating to yourself, others, and your life. I work with adults experiencing stress and burnout, anxiety and mood concerns, health-related challenges, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and questions of meaning, direction, and change. My work is shaped by a master’s degree in counseling from Indiana University, a Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, and a PhD in Ecology, along with years of experience as a registered nurse, nursing educator, wellness coach, and certified yoga instructor. This background helps me appreciate the full picture—how physical health, life circumstances, and emotional well-being are deeply connected. I bring a strength-based, flexible, and collaborative style to therapy, with a focus on practical skill-building, emotional regulation, and self-compassion.
