I am dedicated to supporting my patients by providing a safe, welcoming space where they feel heard and understood without judgement. I feel true strength starts with the mind, when you feel your best, you can put your best foot forward. With prior experience in occupational medicine, I recognize how work and life stressors affect mental health, and I collaborate closely with each individual to build a treatment plan that fits their goals and needs.

I am a licensed and nationally board-certified physician assistant. I have a bachelor’s degree from NYU and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Midwestern University. My background in occupational medicine and urgent care has taught me to evaluate patients holistically, understanding how physical health, stress, and daily demands shape overall well-being. I bring that perspective into psychiatry to provide grounded, compassionate care that supports both mental and functional health.
