In a world as icy as ours, it can be easy to feel like an albatross, like we are on our own. I aim to make therapy a safe place to land, a refuge; a place to unlearn shame, feel seen, find healing, and develop lasting skills. My approach to counseling is rooted in empowering, advocating for, and celebrating the personhood of clients. I believe good therapy is inherently intersectional; the whole of a client's worldview, background, culture, and lived experience should be honored in their care.
