I seek to provide a safe space to engage my clients and help them explore their challenges, release current and past trauma, and develop effective strategies to reduce stress. I work collaboratively with clients to set goals that decrease the frequency, intensity, and duration of anxiety, unhappiness, and pressure. My approach is client centered and focuses on empowering clients to improve daily functioning.
I hold a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University of Chicago, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Illinois and a part of the NBCC or National Board of Certified Counselors. I have extensive training and experience in working with diverse populations and life challenges.
