Therapy is a collaborative endeavor, a process of working authentically with each client to develop a treatment plan individualized to their journey. As a person-centered therapist, my work highly values respect, authenticity, and a safe space in everything it involves.
With a degree in Forensic Psychology, I am uniquely trained to support justice-involved families and individuals, with a background in working with survivors of sexual trauma and domestic violence, PTSD, and complex childhood trauma. My practice serves adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, justice involvement, and mood and personality disorders, as well as families facing disruption, transition, and conflict.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, holistic, and empathetic. It integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, strengths-based approaches, psychodynamic theory, feminist theory, somatic interventions, and systems theory, all guided by a trauma-informed approach.
All I ask is that you bring your genuine self, and in return you will have a safe, judgment-free space for the work of healing and growth. Together, we will build safety, communication, connection, confidence, and peace.
