You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you connect the dots and make sense of it all.
Before joining Clarity Clinic, my work supported survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault at Life Span, helping them feel safe and find their footing again, and included answering crisis calls at Turning Point, talking with people of all ages during some of their hardest moments. Those experiences taught me how to meet each person exactly where they are.
Today, my practice serves adults and young adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, low self-confidence, big life transitions, or ADHD. Maybe you are feeling pressure at school or work, unsure of your next step, or tired of never feeling like you are enough. You already know yourself better than anyone, and the work is about helping you see the patterns, understand where they come from, and figure out what you want moving forward.
Sessions focus on your strengths and offer practical tools for everyday life, drawing on approaches like CBT and DBT. Reaching out for help can be hard, so you will always have a safe, respectful, and judgment-free space to go at your own pace.
