Supporting individuals in healing from past experiences while honoring their cultural identity is at the heart of my work. I believe that healing is not only a deeply personal journey but also one shaped by the traditions, stories, and resilience of our communities. With compassion and cultural humility, I create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
I am certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and integrate this with a somatic approach, helping clients not only explore their thoughts and emotions but also reconnect with their bodies as a source of wisdom and healing. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and somatic interventions, I tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs.
My goal is not just to provide support, but to empower you with tools and insights that restore a sense of control, strengthen resilience, and foster a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, families, children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and embrace growth.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I would be honored to walk with you. Together, we can create space for healing, self-awareness, and transformation.
