I understand that seeking help for mental health can be difficult, and I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where my patients feel seen, heard, and valued to bridge the gap between struggle and growth. I am a licensed and nationally board-certified physician assistant. I earned my Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Trine University in Fort Wayne, where I gained a comprehensive foundation in patient care, medical knowledge, and clinical skills. Throughout my education, I had the opportunity to train in diverse clinical settings, which exposed me to a variety of patient populations and mental health conditions. My clinical rotations included hands-on experiences in psychiatry, internal medicine, family medicine, endocrinology, women’s health, pediatrics, emergency medicine, gastroenterology, and general surgery. My clinical approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration. I believe that effective mental health treatment requires a holistic understanding of each patient’s unique experiences, challenges, and strengths. I strive to provide patient-centered care, using evidence-based treatment modalities that may include medication management, lifestyle modifications, and psychoeducation. My goal is to empower my patients with the tools they need to achieve mental wellness and personal growth.
