The journey into therapy can be a difficult one, and my aim is to provide a space where clients feel safe, understood, and ready to explore. I welcome working with people of all ages and backgrounds.
My practice integrates trauma-informed, culturally-informed, and liberation-minded perspectives, drawing from humanistic, behavioral, and mindfulness approaches. Above all, I am committed to collaborating with each client to address the needs and goals they bring to session. Areas of clinical interest include identity, mood, relationships, chronic illness and disability, and experiences of oppression and discrimination.
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern currently enrolled at The Chicago School, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Eastern Illinois University. My time working in the service industry has shaped a grounded, down-to-earth approach to connecting with others. Outside of the clinical setting, I find balance through the arts, dog training, spending time in nature, and staying connected with friends and family.
I am grateful to those who are willing to share themselves and take steps toward more authentic and balanced living.
