Life can feel overwhelming for a lot of different reasons, and you don't always have to know exactly what's wrong to know that something needs to change. Whether you are navigating stress, relationships, a major transition, or patterns that keep showing up, therapy can be a place to better understand what's going on and figure out what you want to do differently.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in behavioral health, working with people across a wide range of needs, from everyday stress and life challenges to more complex and longstanding mental health concerns. My master's degree is from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, with a concentration in Health Psychology that continues to shape how I understand the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. This work takes time to understand you as a whole person while helping you recognize patterns, build insight, and find practical tools for everyday life. My style is supportive and conversational, and direct when that helps. Authenticity matters here, and there is room for humor alongside the harder conversations. The goal is for you to feel comfortable being yourself while feeling supported in making meaningful change.
